Badly service :/

The worst service in the world. They lie to customers by selling unnecessary options. It's a shame that the largest bank in Mexico allows these things to be done even though there are many complaints about this office. I had to go to another bank.

Good treatment starting with the security officer who welcomes you with a welcome, and the advisors and executives take very good care of you

If they help you with the machines they rush you and do it wrong, the ATM manager agreed to contact me twice to give me a solution and that never happened!
